Meet Teresa
-Founder of All Dental Staffing
Teresa opened All Dental Staffing in 2004 to respond to the need for caring and informed staffing companies in San Diego.
She began as an RDA in 1979 and transferred to the dental office front desk and management in 1982. This served her well, and where she gained an understanding of the flow of energy in the dental office.
She then moved into Staffing in 1995 with excitement and untamable energy to serve the clients and applicants!
Teresa's talents lied in matching clients with new team members and applicants with a new dental home successfully over the years!
Her experience, work ethic, humility, a marvelous sense of humor, and long-standing relationships with the client and the applicants spoke for themselves as she served her dental community.
We love and miss her dearly, and continue her legacy with love and care.

Hello! I’m Deja Anderson, and I’ve proudly stepped into the role of leading All Dental Staffing, a family business with a strong foundation in serving the dental community. Taking on this responsibility has been both a privilege and a mission for me—to honor its roots while striving to elevate the support we provide to dental professionals and practices alike.
My goal is simple: to be a trusted partner for dental offices and a reliable advocate for dental professionals, ensuring every connection is a success. I’m committed to fostering relationships built on trust, professionalism, and a shared passion for quality care.
